History
The Electric and Energy department was opened in the 2002-2003 academic year with the Electrical Program within Igdir Vocational School within the scope of METEB. In 2013-2014 academic year, Electric and Energy Department has been separated from Igdir Vocational School and connected to Igdir University Technical Sciences Vocational School. Since 2010-2011 academic year, our department also follows the IMKEP curriculum.
