Program Description
The ceramic, glass and tile program was established to train graduates who are entrepreneurial, can think decently, can take responsibility, can meet technical, technological and artistic needs of large and small businesses in the sector related to their field, have theoretical, practical, knowledge and skills. Our students gain experience for their education in ceramic workshops in our school. In various national-international ceramic art activities held in different cities, it is aimed to give our students tasks and responsibilities, to learn the organization chart, to socialize, to gain the ability to communicate, to recognize the innovations related to the field.
Graduates of our program have a wide range of employment fields. Graduates of our program can be employed in ceramic, glass and tile sectors, workshops and factories with the title of “Ceramic, glass and tile technician”. They can also run their own workshops.
Although our program educational activities are held by two lecturers, lecturers, other lecturers and staff within the university about the area also ceramics, glass and tile programme students get into classes. The courses are carried out in Ceramic clay workshop, ceramic plaster workshop, ceramic tile and decor workshop, glass workshop, chemistry laboratory, computer laboratory and projection drawing classes.
