Graduates of Building Installation Technology are equipped with knowledge and skills related to different fields in which Plumbing Technology is applied in the courses they take during their 2-year education (Plumbing, Heating Systems, Natural Gas Installations, Solar Energy, Thermodynamics, Renewable Energy Applications, etc.).
The duration of the program is 2 years and theoretically and practically. I. and II. courses in the semester; Turkish Language, Atatürk's Principles and History of Turkish Revolution, Foreign Language, Mathematics and general courses such as Basic Installation Operations, Plumbing and Welding Technology. III. and IV. In the semesters, the main courses that serve professional specialization are Natural Gas Installation, Heating Systems, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer and Pipe Welding.
Graduates of Computer Programming can work in the construction and installation group in the construction sector during project and contracting stages. And graduates can work in the fields of installation, maintenance and repair of natural gas installation central and local heating systems. In addition, graduates can complete the language education with DGS or OEF.
