PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The education period of the department is two years. General culture includes theoretical and applied vocational courses. At the same time, environmental promotion and examination trips and activities related to important artistic activities are carried out within the framework of the department within the academic year. In addition to the scientific studies presented in national and international congresses and symposiums, the department also participates in various competitive and personal exhibitions at international and national level.
The Department of Graphic Design covers the application and synthesis of these concepts in basic art concepts and graphic designs, and works for the solution of various graphic design problems. Theoretical and practical issues are discussed in the courses, both traditional and computer-aided digital design methods are taught and supported by workshops.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The program is a two-year associate degree program. It consists of 4 semesters. There is a total of 14 weeks of lectures in each semester. There is also a 30-day internship period.
WORKING SUBJECTS
The course includes Art History, History of Graphic Art, Typography, Design Workshop, Photography, Illustration, Web Design, Animation, Computer Aided Graphic Design, Project, Printmaking with the support of Basic Art Education and Drawing course.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES OF THE PROGRAM
The students who are trained as graphic designers are employed in the advertising sector, printing houses, photography studios and also in the corporate communication departments of private and public institutions and work as design elements.
PROFESSIONAL UPGRADE
Those who successfully complete the Graphic Design associate degree program can make vertical transfer to the undergraduate program of the fine arts department if they are successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam opened by OSYM.
