Department of Forestry is of the higher education unit aiming to provide the degree, tree, afforestation, forest, forest management, forest products, nursery technique, forest ecosystems, bedrock and soil properties, wildlife, forest care and protection, introduction, production and marketing of forest products, medicinal and aromatic plants, solid and sheet-shaped wood products, timber and its derivatives, introduction of wood materials and energy production from renewable sources.
The related program also aims to educate and train technical personnel who have basic knowledge in forestry sector, act in accordance with the relevant legislation, take responsibility as a team member in solving problems, are equipped in technical subjects and can use the acquired knowledge and skills in sustainable management, ecological, economic and social protection and operation of forest resources.
