The Chemical Technology program was established to meet the need of qualified intermediate personnel of the Chemical Industry, where intensive investments are made in our country. The field of Chemical Technology; health, food, as well as industrial production is closely related to the entire sector. Refinery, petrochemical, rubber, cement, paint, detergent, cosmetics, textiles and pharmaceuticals all have fields related to Chemical Technology. Chemical Technology is closely related to ceramic, glass, automotive, metal, mining, energy, agriculture sectors. In almost all industrial enterprises, production and quality control departments are associated with Chemical Technology.

In the field of Chemical Technology, the human element is as important as the technological infrastructure. There is also a need for qualified professionals who will act as bridges between chemical engineers and chemists and workers and who have gained the necessary professional competencies in line with scientific and technological developments.
