Education in this 2-year program is maintained with theoretical and practical courses. Subjects in the first and second terms of educational processing consist general obligatory courses like Turkish Language, Ataturk’ Principles and Revolution History,
Foreign Language, Mathematics, and basic courses on programming, web design, graphics, animation and database design. The third and fourth semesters involve courses on professional specialization like Visual Programming, Internet Programming, Database, Network Fundamentals, Open Source Operating System, Object Oriented Programming.
The program applies Turkish medium education system.
People graduated from Computer Programming program may be employed in data processing units in public and private organizations, software companies, industrial and media organizations, firms serving software, database and internet solutions, computer aided design companies. If wanted, they may establish their own desktop software, web design or programming companies. There’s an opportunity to complete license degree education via DGS exam or distance education.
